Your credit card company determines the exchange rate you'll be charged. ​Payment has to be fulfilled before items will be dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We regret that cancelled orders cannot be reversed and we will not be held liable for incorrect/insufficient information. We are unable to amend or consolidate orders that were separately made once the order is being made. Please do ensure that the correct details have been keyed in prior to submission of order. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to relevant third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. Payments will be verified within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

SHIPPING

If no one is at the given address at the time of delivery and parcel gets returned to us, a redelivery fee applies. Please note that we only deliver to residential addresses. We will not be held responsible for any shipping delays, lost or stolen mail for shipments by Singpost or other courier companies.

LOCAL SG ORDERS: Domestic letterbox tracked delivery is included with every order and takes 3 - 10 working days. For urgent same day domestic delivery / next day delivery for instock items please drop us a message at +65 8081 7988 and we will arrange an express courier with an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  FREE tracked shipping for orders above SGD300. We charge a flat rate of SGD30 for tracked shipping to all other destinations and is trackable via https://www.singpost.com/track-items, with shipping duration ranging from 1- 6 weeks depending on country of residence. It is advisable to use other shipping options (DHL/UPS) should you require expedited shipping. Please keep in mind that all applicable custom charges, taxes and duties are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of these charges and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS / REFUND / EXCHANGES

Colors of product may differ due to the lighting during photoshoots and color calibration of your screen and are not seen as defects. All size measurements are approximate with a slight difference of 0.5-1cm and are not seen as defects. All products sold are strictly non refundable, non exchangeable and non returnable. We go through strict quality checks before they are packed and mailed. In the unlikely event should you receive a defective product, please contact us at +6580817988 within 3 days (else forfeited) upon receiving your parcel with a photo of the defect and we will do a refund via store credits or exchange with the same purchased item once we receive the defective product. It is advisable to have the defect item sent back via tracked postage (at your expense) as lost mail will not be accounted for. Minor defects such as misalignment and hairline scratches will not be eligible for an exchange. Purchases from any third parties will not be entitled for an exchange or return.
